Responsibilities
Design of implementation schedules.
Support technical inquiries related to products on the pre-sales stage and perform a clear project handover to the Implementations Team.
Follow the leads, opportunities, and projects with technical levels and report to the corresponding Account Manager to develop a strategy.
Promote the product vision, and work closely with customer engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Technically design IoT technology and network solutions for industrial clients.
Understand the customer's network and find pain points to generate business leads to report to the corresponding Account Manager.
According to the defined strategy, lead technical requirements and solutions within the projects, trials, and requirements related to the corresponding product or solution, ensuring quality answers on time.
Support business key customer identification, cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
Availability to travel as needed and work flexible hours throughout the sales territory.
Key Qualifications
3+ years of pre-sales experience, preferably with safety or security technologies.
Ability to work well with different projects.
Understanding of the IoT world, Data networks, electronics, and electrical properties.
Knowledge of Wireless Connectivity, Interpretation of Plans / Layout, and API management
Reside in São José dos Campos SP, or nearby areas.
Advanced English or Spanish (nice to have!)
