We are looking for a Head of Operations for Latam to join our Operations team. The position will be responsible for defining and overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures, driving operational efficiency, maximizing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage regional operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments (revenue, operations & finance).
- Knowledge about Foreign Trade.
- Manage contracts with partners and customers, and liaison with law firms.
- Management and ownership of PO (Purchase Order) end-to-end, from reception to delivery, coordinating with other teams as necessary.
- Ensure operational excellence by improving efficiencies, optimizing processes, and reducing costs.
- Translate business strategy into actionable plans in the region.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments and functions.
- Oversee financial performance, budget management, and financial planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and financial sustainability.
- Identify and address potential risks to the business, including operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Develop and implement contingency plans and crisis management strategies.
- Support business development initiatives by improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
