The Role

As a Customer Success Analyst you will be responsible for making international customer service proposals and project implementations.

Key Responsibilities

    • Understand the customer's needs, make the service proposals and lead project implementations. 

    • Help the sales team to define technical aspects of Rombit commercial proposals.

    • Ensure the delivery of high quality customer experience.

    • Leave a record of every insight, pain point, meeting or customer information at Rombit’s CRM, that will allow other teams to get better knowledge of the customer.

    • Design of implementation schedules.

    • Support technical inquiries related to products.

    • Promote the product vision, and work closely with customer engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

    • Support business key customer identification, cultivate and maintain customer relationships.

    • Availability to travel as needed.

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position with client facing, or project management roles.

  • Advanced student or graduate in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.

  • Understanding of the IoT world, data networks, electronics, and electrical property.

  • Beginning knowledge of wireless connectivity, and interpretation of plans/layout. (nice to have)

  • Team player that can wear multiple hats.

  • Communication & persuasive skills. 

  • Aim for excellence analysis and attention to detail. 

  • A positive, self-motivated person with a can-do attitude who’s able to take direction and work within a team.

  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform other teams to drive change.
