Understand the customer's needs, make the service proposals and lead project implementations.
Help the sales team to define technical aspects of Rombit commercial proposals.
Ensure the delivery of high quality customer experience.
Leave a record of every insight, pain point, meeting or customer information at Rombit’s CRM, that will allow other teams to get better knowledge of the customer.
Design of implementation schedules.
Support technical inquiries related to products.
Promote the product vision, and work closely with customer engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Support business key customer identification, cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
Availability to travel as needed.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position with client facing, or project management roles.
Advanced student or graduate in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.
Understanding of the IoT world, data networks, electronics, and electrical property.
Beginning knowledge of wireless connectivity, and interpretation of plans/layout. (nice to have)
Team player that can wear multiple hats.
Communication & persuasive skills.

A positive, self-motivated person with a can-do attitude who’s able to take direction and work within a team.
Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform other teams to drive change.
