The Role
As a Marketing Analyst Sr. you are responsible for supporting our sales organizations in Latin and North America. You manage the day to day marketing activities and long term marketing strategy for the company: creating awareness for our products & services, maximizing profits by driving traffic and generating leads, building and maintaining the Rombit brand across the region. You will work closely together with your international marketing/content colleagues, the various sales teams within the Americas region, and the international product marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution. Create relevant content and together with the graphic designer you will work this out visually.
- Focus on lead generation through SEO, SEA, Social media, email or events.
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
- Analyze customer feedback and the data from campaigns and website. Adjust the strategies where needed.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to prioritize based on impact
- An understanding of business metrics and an ability to optimize for them
- Able to work independently in an international environment
- Experience with design tools (like Figma, Canva, etc)
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus!
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus!)
