We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our people team and have the opportunity to make a professional career within the area. The position will be responsible for all the human resources processes.
Responsible for the recruitment process for Tech & Non Tech vacancies: sourcing, hunting, interviews, offers).
Manage benefits & compensation.
Collaborate with the Onboarding & Offboarding process (Meeting with new Hires, 1 on 1 checkpoint, schedule inductions. Exit interviews, exit administration).
Work with the team to guarantee the best employee experience.
Responsible for internal events and culture (After Office, Product Working Days, Days off, End of the year celebrations)
Collaborate with internal communications.
Employees Administration: license management, contact with the accounting buffet to check payroll.
