Operations Analyst

We are looking for an Operations Analyst who will be responsible for coordinating hardware operational activities in Argentina and Brazil, ensuring the processes accomplishment and the achievement of objectives related to customer deliveries, and product quality. This role requires a highly methodical and organized individual.


Job Description

  • Manage requests for quotations from suppliers and negotiate beneficial agreements.

  • Coordinate with the responsible team for the identification and implementation of operational process improvements.


  • Supervise the coordination of hardware manufacturing and assembly, considering project delivery deadlines.
  • Optimize the supply chain and production processes to ensure efficiency and cost reduction.

  • Calculate the costs of each product to establish RMA prices and hardware product costs.

  • Collaborate with the accounting department to maintain proper stock records in both Argentina and Brazil.

  • This position is essential to ensure the smooth operation of the operations area and its ability to efficiently and safely fulfill projects and deliveries.



What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position with SaaS products. 

  • Willing to do consultative selling.

  • Great negotiation, communication & persuasive skills.

  • A positive, self-motivated person who’s able to take direction and work within a team.

  • You anticipate the tech implications of commercial decisions.


Key Qualifications

  • You must be highly organized and capable of maintaining a high level of order for hardware control and tracking.

  • You should have the ability to understand the company's global vision and translate it into effective operational strategies.

  • You will be responsible for on-time delivery of Drixit hardware to customers, the quality of each delivery, and the order of stock to ensure proper annual stock auditing.

  • You must have experience in handling various systems for operations management and be an expert in using Excel.

  • You should have the ability to find practical solutions to overcome operational challenges.

  • You will be responsible for making key operational decisions to maintain efficiency and productivity in the area.
