We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our People team, and have the opportunity to make the first steps on the professional career within the area. The position will be responsible for assisting with all the human resources processes and in charge of the office management.
Manage the area suppliers: benefits, all-hands activities and purchases in general that the area requires.
Ordering office supplies and equipment, and maintaining proper stock levels (kitchen, restrooms and office supplies).
Process bills related to the Department.
Work with the team to guarantee the best employee experience (onboarding, daily basis and offboarding)
Assist in the general logistics of everyday and support with procedures that require coordination with the courier person.
Management of the hardware stock assigned to drixiters: control, purchase and contact with suppliers, setting and configuration.
Give support in everything related to the organization of corporate events.
